It has been a while, 1 year and 9 months to be exact since MicroTESE surgery. So now what?
I stayed on the Anastrozole and Clomid for a month after the surgery. The doctor thought this was best since my hormone levels were naturally low, due to early testicular failure (I was born with undescended testicles that were not corrected until age 9) believed to be the cause of my Azoospermia. After my follow up and since we had 4 vials of extra sperm frozen my doctor thought it was best to stop them both and switch to bi-monthly Testosterone shots. So twice a month it is my turn to get a shot in the ass. This has kept all hormone levels up and overall I am feeling much better. I also get a tiny taste of what Brienne went through daily for 12 weeks!
