Eric and I were honored to be interviewed by local media and Cleveland Clinic to discuss and educate others about the difficulties of infertility, especially male-factor and the devastating diagnosis of Azoospermia.
They did such a beautiful job with our story. It certainly wasn’t easy putting ourselves out there and being so open to ridicule, but it’s such an important message and needs to be shared.
When we were first diagnosed with Azoospermia (severe male-factor infertility) and Diminished Ovarian Reserve (female infertility) there was very little information, virtually no support and only a handful of success stories. Those stories however, are what kept us going.
By sharing our story we are hoping to bring a voice to infertility, especially male-factor, and offer hope to others still struggling and fighting the battle.
Infertility affects 1 in every 8 couples worldwide and you never know who is silently fighting. It could be a family member, a coworker, your neighbor, or your best friend. One day it might even be you.
