-April 2010- -We met

-Brienne went off of Birth Control, started natural tracking

-September 2017-

-Started actively TTC using OPKs

-April 2018-

-Brienne Gyno visit, prescribed Metformin for suspected PCOS (later deemed negative)

-May 2018-

-First round of bloodwork for Brienne (thyroid hormones, female hormones) – all looked normal

-June 2018-

-Referred to Reproductive Endocrinologist

-July 2018-

-First Reproductive Endocrinologist appointment

-More bloodwork for Brienne (hormones, AMG, Thyroid) & exam (internal ultrasound)

-AMH is low – 1.37

-First Semen Analysis Test for Eric – 0 sperm found

-August 2018-

-Reproductive Endocrinologist follow up

-More bloodwork for Brienne (Genetic Testing)

-Second Semen Analysis Test for Eric – 0 sperm found, diagnosed with Azoospermia

-Bloodwork for Eric (genetic, chromosome, hormones) – all looked good

-Brienne & Eric start vitamins and supplements

-Eric referred to Male Infertility Urologist

-Brienne Glucose test

-Brienne HSG test – everything looks normal, no blockages

-September 2018-

-Scrotal ultrasound for Eric – all looks normal, no varicoceles, no hydroceles, normal shape & size, no visible blockages

-October 2018-

-Male Infertility Urologist #1 first visit – he suggested biopsy and said nothing else could be done

-November 2018-

-Male Infertility Urologist #2 first visit – he suggested Anastrozole for 3 months

-More bloodwork for Eric – some hormones were up from taking the vitamins/supplements

-Eric starts Anastrozole

-January 2019-

-Semen Analysis #3 – 0 sperm found

-Eric starts Clomid in addition to Anastrazole

-Brienne starts DHEA

-March 2019-

-More bloodwork for Eric – all hormones are up and well within the normal range

-May 2019-

-Semen Analysis # 4 – 0 sperm found

-July 2019-

-More bloodwork for Brienne – all hormones look good

-AMH has dropped – 1.17

-August 2019-

-Semen Analysis #5 – 0 sperm found

-IVF/MicroTESE consult (8.9.19)

-Brienne & Eric Start Acupuncture

-Cycle Day 1 (8.21.19)

-Baseline Exam for IVF (8.23.19)

-CD 8 Scan: 4 follicles on my left ovary, 5 on the right. Estradiol – 229

-CD 11 Scan: 7 follicles on my left ovary, 5 on my right. Estradiol – 619

-CD 13 Scan: 8 follicles on my left ovary, 6 on my right. 6 follicles are above 10mm. Estradiol 1,163. Progesterone – 0.9

-CD 14 Scan: 8 follicles on my left ovary, 7 on my right. 6 follicles are above 10mm. Estradiol 1,472. Progesterone – 1.3

-CD 15 Scan: 8 follicles on my left ovary, 8 on my right. 8 follicles are above 15mm. Estradiol 1,408. Progesterone – 1.6

-September 2019-

-Trigger Shot (9.4.19)

-MicroTESE & Egg Retrieval (9.6.19)

-17 eggs retrieved, 8 mature

-Sperm found, 8 eggs injected with ICSI

-7 eggs fertilized (9.7.19)

-6 out of the 7 divided to 2-4 cells, 1 behind at 1 cell (9.8.19)

-3 out of 7 are 6-8 cells, 4 are behind at 2-5 cells (9.9.19)

-4 out of 7 divided again, 2 were Mourula stage, 2 were behind, 3 discarded (9.10.19)

-1 blastocyst was frozen, 3 are still being watched, 2 in Morula stage (9.11.19)

-2 more blastocysts were frozen, 1 embryo discarded (9.12.19)

-3 embryos frozen (9.12.19)

-January 2020-

-Saline Hysteroscopy done – everything looks normal, no endo, scar tissue, polyps, etc.

-FET meds ordered (Progesterone, Doxycycline, Estrace & Medrol

-February 2020-

-1/26/2020 - cd 1 – start 6mg Estrace

-2/7/2020 - cd 13 - lining scan and bloodwork Lining: 7.8, Estrogen: 100.86, Progesterone: 0.23 Doctor said she would like to see my estrogen levels be higher so she increased my dosage to 8mg.

-2/10/2020 - cd 16 - lining scan and bloodwork Lining: 7.98, Estrogen: 138, Progesterone: 0.5

-2/12/2020 – cd 18 - Start Progesterone in Oil Injections, Medrol & Doxycycline

-2/17/2020 - cd 23 - Transfer scheduled for 1:45pm - CANCELLED

-2/19/2020 - FET Attempt #2 CD 1 – start 8mg Estrace

-2/26/2020 – CD 8 – bloodwork Estrogen: 175.62, Progesterone: <0.21

-March 2020-

-3/2/2020 – CD 12 – lining scan and bloodwork Lining: 6.9, Estrogen: 260.01, Progesterone: 0.56

-3/4/2020 – CD 14 – start Progesterone in Oil Injections, Medrol & Doxycycline

-3/9/2020 – CD 19 – Transfer Day -3/23/2020 – First BETA/HCG Test: 854 = PREGNANT

-3/30/2020 – Second BETA/HCG Test: 12,633 = DEFINITELY PREGNANT

-April 2020-

-4/8/2020 – First Ultrasound – measuring 6 weeks, 4 days pregnant, Heart rate: 121

-4/29/2020 – Released from Cleveland Clinic Fertility; last day of Estrace & Progesterone in Oil injections

-May 2020-

-5/8/2020 – First Midwife appointment
