FET # 1 Timeline & Protocol

Our FET protocol is pretty standard, here is the timeline and medications I have been given/following.

1/26/2020 - cd 1 - start Estrace (6mg per day)

1/27/2020 - cd 2 - 6mg Estrace

1/28/2020 - cd 3 - 6mg Estrace

1/29/2020 - cd 4 - 6mg Estrace

1/30/2020 - cd 5 - 6mg Estrace

1/31/2020 - cd 6 - 6mg Estrace

2/1/2020 - cd 7 - 6mg Estrace

2/2/2020 - cd 8 - 6mg Estrace

2/3/2020 - cd 9 - 6mg Estrace

2/4/2020 - cd 10 - 6mg Estrace

2/5/2020 - cd 11 - 6mg Estrace

2/6/2020 - cd 12 - 6mg Estrace

2/7/2020 - cd 13 - lining scan and bloodwork 12mg Estrace

Lining: 7.8

Estrogen: 100.86

Progesterone: 0.23

Doctor said she would like to see my estrogen levels be higher so she is increasing my dosage. Take 12mg to kick start it on 2/7/2020 and then take 8mg per day. Go back for blood work and another lining scan in 3 days.

2/8/2020 - cd 14 - 8mg Estrace

2/9/2020 - cd 15 - 8mg Estrace

2/10/2020 - cd 16 - lining scan and bloodwork 8mg Estrace

Lining: 7.98

Estrogen: 138

Progesterone: 0.5

Got the call that everything looks good and we are scheduled for transfer on February, 17th. Only one more day of just Estrace and then the real fun begins!

2/11/2020 - cd 17 - 8mg Estrace

2/12/2020 - cd 18 - 8mg Estrace, 1mL Progesterone, 16mg Medrol, 100mg Doxycycline

2/13/2020 - cd 19 - 8mg Estrace, 1mL Progesterone, 16mg Medrol, 200mg Doxycycline

2/14/2020 - cd 20 - 8mg Estrace, 1mL Progesterone, 16mg Medrol, 200mg Doxycycline

2/15/2020 - cd 21 - 8mg Estrace, 1mL Progesterone, 16mg Medrol, 200mg Doxycycline

2/16/2020 - cd 22 - 8mg Estrace, 1mL Progesterone, 16mg Medrol, 200mg Doxycycline

2/17/2020 - cd 23 - Transfer scheduled for 1:45pm - CANCELLED - no meds taken
