I have gotten lots of questions from several women asking what I did to prepare for our successful FET. As you know I really upped the vitamin intake to prepare for retrieval including Co-Q 10, Inositol, Prenatal, vitamin D and DHEA. After retrieval I stopped taking everything but the Vitamin D and Prenatal and instead switched to a new regimen. I started taking l-arginine and vitamin e instead.
Vitamin e is supposed to be good for uterine lining, l-arginine is supposed to help with blood flow, especially to the uterus. Vitamin d just bc most people are low and that is something that can cause early miscarriages.
After transfer I stopped both the vitamin e and l-arginine and only Took the prenatal and vitamin d.
Starting with my FET meds I also ate 3 Brazil nuts a day, there is something in them that has been shown to help with implantation. I drank pomegranate juice too, about 1 cup a day even though I personally found it gross. I made morning smoothies with pineapple, especially the pineapple core. I continued all of those for about 5 days after transfer.
Not sure if they actually helped or not but they definitely didn’t hurt so I figured why not!
