8/3/2018 - Semen Analysis #1 with first Urologist zero Sperm

Testosterone - 318

8/8/2018 - Semen Analysis #2, zero Sperm , officially diagnosed with Azoospermia

Started taking several vitamins and supplements: Vitamin D, FertilAid, CoQ-10, Vitamin E, Ashwagandha, Multi-Vitamin

11/2/2018 - Semen Analysis #3 with second Urologist, zero sperm

Testosterone - 342.3

Prolactin - 8.3

LH - 2.75

FSH - 3.85

Estradiol - 30.22

Started taking Anastrozole in addition to the vitamins and supplements.

3/8/2019 - Semen Analysis #4, zero sperm

Testosterone - 715.7

LH - 7.86

FSH - 6.62

Estradiol - 38.07

Started taking Clomid in addition to the Anastrozole, vitamins and supplements.

8/14/2019 - Semen Analysis #5, zero sperm

Testosterone - 707

LH - 6.4
