Boy oh Boy!

It’s official, baby Alves is a boy. I can’t believe I was right all along. We did a fun little "What Will it Bee?" themed gender reveal with a cake. Due to the virus we only had 4 people over to our house but over 30 friends and family joined virtually via zoom. The whole thing was amazing and full of love and lots of excitement! Now let the nursery decorating begin! I’ve been waiting years for this! Our theme - mid century modern vintage travel/airplanes! Eric and I love to travel so it seemed perfect! Our next appointment is July 10th, I will be 20 weeks for our anatomy scan. I'm hopeful that Eric will be allowed to join but we will have to wait and see. We cannot wait to see the little man, until then I will keep using my Sonoline B home doppler to listen to him almost daily. It has been a lifesaver for my anxiety!
