And Now We Wait

Sorry I haven’t written much lately, we are kind of in a holding pattern right now. After our last doctors visit with Cleveland Clinic Eric had some more blood work done. They checked his estrogen, testosterone and a few other things. We were surprised and very happy to find out that his testosterone levels had climbed a bit just from the vitamins and supplements he has been taking since August. The doctor suggested for him to take a medication that is usually prescribed to women undergoing treatment for breast cancer because he said the estrogen levels are on the high side of normal in comparison to the testosterone levels which are on the low side of normal. The medication is supposed to help suppress estrogen production which in turn should help with testosterone production. In February we will go back for more blood work and another semen analysis to see if anything shows up. Fingers crossed. If still nothing or if it’s still too low we will move onto the microtese procedure. So for now we wait and wait and wait and hope for a miracle!
