30 Weeks Down 10 Weeks To Go

Yikes, I cannot believe it. Today we are 30 weeks which means only 10’weeks to go until baby boy’s due date. For some reason I have a strong feeling that he will make his appearance at 38 weeks so I’m trying to get ready as much as I can but so far we have a lot to do, we haven’t even started to paint the nursery. We do have all of the furniture and decor ready for it though so it’s just a matter of putting it all together. I have passed my 1 hour glucose test so no gestational diabetes for me, I got my TDAP vaccine, get the flu shot at tomorrow’s appointment and I got my Rhogam shot since I have O- blood type and Eric is positive. So far everything is moving right along perfectly, I still feel fine. Sleeping has been the hardest part for me, I definitely have pregnancy insomnia. Eric has started sleeping in the guest room to give me extra space to spread out. I think it’s really because he just wants to sleep in peace. I also have some acid reflux so Tums have become part of my nightly routine along with Magnesium to help with the restless leg syndrome. Still nothing to complain about and I wouldn’t change a single thing. We love feeling baby boy roll around and kick. Sometimes we even get to see my belly move like there is a little alien living in there. It’s very surreal! I’m sure these next 10 weeks will just fly by, I cannot believe how fast 30 weeks have gone.
